1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EndMoment ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EndMoment is a marketplace platform that connects sellers who have unused or cancelled bookings (movie tickets, event passes, hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, experiences, etc.) with buyers looking for last-minute deals.

We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee any transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listings.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • One person may only have one account
  • You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Listings and Transactions

For Sellers:

  • You must only list bookings that you legally own and have the right to sell
  • All listing information must be accurate and truthful
  • You are responsible for completing the transaction as described
  • You may not list fake, fraudulent, or non-existent bookings

For Buyers:

  • Verify the authenticity of listings before completing any payment
  • Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers
  • EndMoment is not responsible for any disputes or issues
  • Exercise due diligence when meeting strangers

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Use the Platform for any illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content without permission
  • Circumvent any security features of the Platform

6. Limitation of Liability

EndMoment is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We do not guarantee the authenticity of listings or the completion of any transactions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
